There is nothing quite like going from one repair shop to another. The difference can be subtle. In this, greater. My daughter is attending UNT grad school whereas I am in mid-cities, almost an hr away. When a steering issue developed, we took to a popular and well-reviewed auto repair shop. Disappointing. No mention anywhere in writing - or in my phone call - that there would be a diagnostic fee of $127. Plus, daughter was not treated warmly, friendly or nice. Compare this to Barebones. Also recommended both by UNT parents in a Facebook group as well as google reviews. They do what they say, when they say. No hiding of charges. Instead, fair prices. Fast turnaround. Warm, friendly people. As good of an experience as you can expect. Yeah. Only 1 visit so far but so far, great!
