Once again, Barebones staff has done a sterling job of repair and tire replacement - this time on my girlfriend's 2005 Ford 500. The State Inspection was also completed and charged ONLY $10 for that. The new Falken tires were purchased, mounted, balanced and installed at a lower cost than we would have paid to Walmart or NTB just for the tires, not including the balancing/mounting/installation! Barebones Service Advisors (Stephen and Chance) are very knowledgeable and super-understanding and more courteous than ANY service provider ever. We live on a tight budget, so the Advisors being understanding and showing a desire to help by finding affordable yet high quality (parts, etc.) tires, clearly indicates how the Owner/Management truly CARES about their customers. There is NO OTHER auto service (parts/tires) facility and STAFF that comes close - Our HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION to family, friends and all who need automotive service - goes to Barebones!
