My recent visit to BB was get my car serviced for my driver's seat remote panel; which was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was initially quoted one price, however once the part came in, I was told it was damaged. So, Stephen told me he would research to get another part. Later, later in the day Stephen told me they found the part and it was cheaper than the initial quote that I was given!!! This made be very happy; their honesty is a true testament why I continue to bring my vehicle and refer everyone I know to BB!! Also, I get my car inspection done there as well because it's no additional cost, like other places. What are you waiting for??? v/r Happy Customer
