My truck had a serious vibration at 55+ speed. Took it to BBA because it is literally next door to my work. It took them 3 days to change oil and repack front wheel bearings. To the tune of $877 of which $700 was labor and they never fixed the vibration or even told me what the problem was. I rented a car and explained my budget. But as I was told by the service mgr "we're not making pizzas here." NEVER using them again.

Each and every time I have to send my vehicles to this shop, I'm never worried about the repairs or prices, as the overall experience is always so great. Stefon, Chance, Ryan, and John are always very knowledgeable and professional and they always take great care of me. I higher recommend this repair shop to everyone, you will NOT be disappointed!

I am very happy with all the service I have received from Barebones. The guys in the front office are always friendly, knowledgeable and aren't afraid to smile! Wonderful customer service! I came in for my yearly inspection and was out in less than 30 minutes. They even gave me a complimentary brake inspection because of some concerns from work at another company. I will definitely be returning for any future auto needs.

All the staff at barebones auto was wonderful. I was having car issues. It was more then I anticipated. After a discussion with the guys they felt it was best for me get shutter guard to see if that will help my transmission issues since I have a CVT transmission. CVT trans can’t be rebuilt will have to replace and that cost lots of $$$$$ . Not sure the car is worth it. The guys at barebone could have did the other repairs like suspension work but they want to make sure the trans is good before doing that type of work and wasting money. You find others that rather take your money but this company was really honest. My cost was less then $30 but they didn’t rush me to come and get my car. They allow me to come when I got the free time. I was advised to drive my car around to see if this fix worked if so then I will be back to get the other repairs.
