I have used Barebones for many years. One of my vehicles is a Ram 2500 with a Cummings Diesel and they are the only ones I allow to work on my truck. Their diesel mechanic is the best I have ever seen. The customer service is outstanding and everyone is so helpful and friendly. As long as they continue to have great service and reasonable prices I will never go anywhere else.

These guys are the best. They listen and take the time to explain what needs to be done to your vehicle. They take the time to make sure you understand the answers to your questions. I've never had a single issue with their service.

I had cylinder 5 misfire and attempted to fix it myself by changing my spark plugs and then had #6 trigger a code as well even after changing all spark plugs. I was moving to Florida in the next few days and did not have time to mess with it (turns out I had electrical issues and my ecm and two ignition coils were fried. I have trusted this shop for years cause they always give a great quote and service. Chance was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have my car fixed asap to make my long trip. My car lasted the 1100 mile trip with ease and I have this shop to thank for their hard work, customer service and price. Thanks again chance!

They are so helpful, understanding and patient. Whatever the trouble is, they can translate your descriptions, find the problems and give you options for repairs. These guys are the real deal! So friendly and helpful! We've all, unfortunately, had those experiences where a mechanic can get a little condescending.... but with these guys, you don't have to worry about that AT ALL!! It is refreshing! They take the time to explain things to you! Having been raised around cars, I LOVE this approach! They'll take you back into the bay as well, to show you what they've found, talk you through the impacts, and look for the solutions without any attempt to upsell. You can tell that they work with integrity and take pride in what they do. Needing car maintenance is never fun, but you can rest assured that you're in good hands here.
